I would like to thank Loree Foster for helping me sell my home. She is very professional her communication skills are excellent and above all she really cares, I consider Loree my friend not just another agent. Everyone knows how stressful it is selling your home Loree was right there by my side every step of the way. The best thing about Loree is she kept everyone on their toes, everyone meaning Buyer's agent, appraiser, title agency and me as well. Loree is very good at thinking outside the box, when my appraisal came in and it was lower than the comps in the area, she was right on it researching the other properties with the same upgrades she fought tooth and nail to get me the most money for my home, thank you Loree, at one point the Buyers lending fell through the cracks and here comes Loree again to the rescue to save the day once again, her expertise on creative financing was the only reason my has sold, or I would still be living in that Hotel, I have nothing but the upmost respect for Loree and her team, if you are looking for a realtor to get the job done and be on point at all times Loree Foster is the agent for you. Loree is absolutely incredible! She showed us houses and wrote offers for us for MONTHS, making countless trips to Maryland at the drop of a hat to show us new houses. She was so patient and helpful during a time where the market was crazy (especially with a VA loan).
