We interviewed several selling agents, but Loree was the only one who came fully prepared on short notice and had already done comps for our home. She gave great advice on easy upgrades that allowed us to bring the value of our home into the next price bracket. She was very knowledgable at every step of the selling process. We always felt that she was looking out for our best interest. Our home sold in five days and for more than the asking price. We can wholeheartedly recommend Loree to anyone buying or selling their home.
