Loree is the best realitor we had,, she took great pictures,, did a lot of advertising and anything she could do to sell our house,, sold it in 2 weeks,, we were very, very satisfied would recommend her to everyone.

Loree is dedicated, professional and very caring. My first encounter with Loree was in 2005. I was relocating to Hanover, and she helped us with looking at several homes, until we found just the right one. Since that first transaction, Loree has helped me and other friends and family. With her help, we have completed about a dozen transactions. Loree is patient and kind. She can be trusted to always do the right thing, and has her clients' best interests as her #1 priority. In an industry where one can encounter less than honest agents, Loree is truly a "breath of fresh air".

we moved to PA from MD, though the process had several snags in it -settlement on our MD house delayed 3 times, first PA house fell through due to septic issues, final PA house sellers needed 60 days to settlement, through all the snags Loree was so supportive and knowledgable about what to do and guided through the whole process. I would highly recommend Loree to anyone looking to buy in the PA area that she serves.

Planning a move to Idaho, I needed to sell my property. A friend highly recommended Loree Foster a realtor for Berkshire Hathaway, saying she was easy to work with and did a fantastic job of selling their home. After talking with several other realtors I took their advice and called Loree at Berkshire Hathaway. I felt very comfortable talking with her and my choice was made. I was expecting the process to be overwhelming but I was wrong. Loree handled everything from setting up showings, appointments with appraiser, inspector,contractors,etc. and was always as close as the phone if I had any questions. Throughout this whole process I felt she was working for me not Loree Foster. My home was only on the market 3 days and it was under contract. Loree helped me through every aspect of selling my home until transfer and settlement were completed. If you are planning on selling your home, give Loree Foster a call. She excels in her field and Berkshire Hathaway are very fortunate to have her on their team.
