Loree helped us purchase two houses- our starter home and our forever home. When we first were looking to move to the area, she organized 14 different showings all in one day! She brought a lot of expertise on all aspects of home ownership and what to look for and gave great recommendations. She helped us negotiate a good deal, and once we started looking for new houses, she immediately responded any time we wanted to do a showing, and she was available for us the next day or even the same day! She helped us with writing up good offers and also provided a great listing for the house we were trying to sell. Her suggested listing price helped us garner multiple offers and we sold our home in a day and a half! She even provided a coloring book for our child at the closing. She gives excellent personal attention and you really forget that she has other clients that she is working for. You feel like you are the only priority. I recommend her to anyone! She also has a great team who we worked with for showings once or twice.

I would like to thank Loree Foster for helping me sell my home. She is very professional her communication skills are excellent and above all she really cares, I consider Loree my friend not just another agent. Everyone knows how stressful it is selling your home Loree was right there by my side every step of the way. The best thing about Loree is she kept everyone on their toes, everyone meaning Buyer's agent, appraiser, title agency and me as well. Loree is very good at thinking outside the box, when my appraisal came in and it was lower than the comps in the area, she was right on it researching the other properties with the same upgrades she fought tooth and nail to get me the most money for my home, thank you Loree, at one point the Buyers lending fell through the cracks and here comes Loree again to the rescue to save the day once again, her expertise on creative financing was the only reason my has sold, or I would still be living in that Hotel, I have nothing but the upmost respect for Loree and her team, if you are looking for a realtor to get the job done and be on point at all times Loree Foster is the agent for you.
