We moved to PA in 2015 and Loree was the first contact we made as she assisted us in locating a place to rent as we got our bearings. In 201&, we were ready to buy a home and we didn't hesitate to call Loree to assist us again. By 2024, our family had grown and it was time to find another place. Again, Loree was the first call we made. She and her whole team got involved this time! They helped us find a home that was right for our specific needs, helped us make necessary connections to make the move happen without contingency, and helped us with what needed to be done to prep and sell our previous home! We are a large family with some pretty specific needs and Loree and her team were so patient and understanding throughout the entire process. We cannot recommend her highly enough!

Loree was amazing to work with and I am recommending her to any of my friends and family who need an agent to buy or sell a home. As first-time homebuyers, there was a lot we did not know about the process and Loree took her time to explain everything to us so that we could make an informed decision. Through every interaction, I could tell she had our best interests at the forefront of her actions and support. It was really important for me to have someone I could trust to represent our family and Loree is definitely that person. Questions and concerns were answered and addressed appropriately so she could alleviate or validate anything we needed clarification on. Loree also creates a strong working relationship with other agents to ensure the process goes smoothly which was greatly appreciated. She is also incredible with negotiation: fair to all parties but making sure her clients are not agreeing to anything that could be a problem down the line.
