Loree Foster is very thoughtful and caring. She was diligent in putting together both sides of this transaction. At a time when lot/land sales were stagnant, she hung in there with us and was ultimately successful in bringing us to settlement.

My agent was so helpful, especially as I had additional needs resulting from my living our of state from the home I was selling. I can't say enough about the expert service and care that was taken in selling my home.

Loree was wonderful to work with. Gave great information on the pricing of our home and was always available for questions. I never felt like I was inconveniencing or bothering her. Loree was as professional and easy to deal with as you can get. She worked on our schedule, at our pace and was our best advocate through the whole process. Definitely recommend!

Loree Foster is very experienced in PA and knows the current market. Because of her knowledge she is able to recommend the best price for your home. She was very responsive to me as the seller and able to accommodate my special needs, as I had to move prior to selling the house. She went out of her way to make the sale easy for me.
