• Berks Homes is a family owned builder that started in 1973. By 1979 we were helping more than 100 customers annually make their dreams of home ownership become a reality. Our continued success and stellar reputation allowed for expansion into land development, real estate and title companies over the years. Founded in Eastern PA, today Berks Homes proudly builds in more than 20 communities spanning from the State College area all the way to Delaware.
• In 2003, an impressive 5000 square foot Selection Gallery was introduced to improve the home building experience for our customers. Here homebuyers enjoy the hands on experience of personalizing colors, choosing different amenities and exploring options for their new home…inside and out.
